A Management Consultancy co. in Kuwait. I am working as a Management Consultant for the past 3 years. Small but growing company by providing very reliable and proffessional service. Each employee is given a portion of the net profit every year. That is the beauty of the company I work for.

Good career opportunities (international growth). Very good managers who challange you and build your career. Good payment (initial salary negotiable). Young co-workers, good working environment. Interesting clients. You move if you change your project -> hence no daily travel as known from big consulting companies. My perfect employer!

This is quite easily the worst employer in the world!
- Unpaid overtime, and lot\'s of it!
- Poor health care benefits equal to $1200 per family per year!
- No sick days!
- No ability to bank all of the unpaid overtime!
- No August 1st holiday off!
- Tons of gossip
- Horrible management
Just stay away from these clowns!

It is the worst company I have worked! The supervisors treat employees like animals (they yelled at, insulted, are fired without reason, poor pay and workplace abuses. If you can not go to work for any reason, you are given 72 hours to come back or you are fired automatically!

this is not the work place for those career searchers who are looking seriously in their profession. good for freshers but it is too schooly environment. not good for experience person. employee respect is least bothered and laws framed by themselves are gone for toss.

8th of Jun 2011:
This company is run with favoritism into the extreme. If you are not one of the mngmt brown-nosers, you cant get any help from mngmt, you dont get any respect from anyone else, co-workers are unprofessional beyond anything Ive ever seen at any place that calls itself a socalled professional company. This place is a joke. Coworkers are nasty to you and mngmt couldnt care less. Coworkers steal from you and mngmt doesnt care. The brown-nosers get to wear whatever they want to work, do whatever they want, screw up whatever they want, go for as many breaks as they want as LONG as they want, and pretty much break ALL the company socalled guidelines and rules that NON brown-nosers and NON mngmt favorites DONT get to break! if the NON favorites do these things, we are threatened and sent numerous emails from mngmt about being terminated, written up, or sent home without pay. The CEO doesnt even care!! He's been heard many times by employees, in meetings, in the breakroom, and in the hallways, saying he doesnt give a damn what people do, as long as he is making money!
This place is supposed to be run by HIPAA rules too! If HIPAA were to come in and do an investigation of whats going on, Im pretty sure this place would be shut down or fined very heavily!
There is something called One Team, where all the employees are supposed to get together to work for the common good of your department and the company....ITS A JOKE! Mngmt just does NOT CARE about anything at all, unless you are one of the favorites or brown-nosers, then you get 7 kinds of HELL from them.
We have to work in cubicles, but you can still hear the other coworkers doing gross things. And mngmt doesnt care. Ive even heard some guy in the breakroom talk about being harrassed by other employees and the company just didnt give a damn!
Its no wonder SO many people start here and then leave here after their first week or two. This company doesnt even TRY to hide the fact they run this place thru favoritism!!!
If it werent for the fact they have decent benefits I need for my kids, I wouldnt be here. But like alot of other people Ive talked too here, were just waiting for something really bad to happen to one of us before we go talk to lawyers.

Because the management doesnt care about anything at all, and are afraid of thier employees, it makes for a hostile work environment. Its all freeking retarded. Management is scared to say anything to employees, most employees wont say anything about the crap going on in the company because they want "in on it" when somebody DOES have the balls to call a lawyer or HIPAA, and the rest of them RUN managment, because management is SO scared and childish.

17th of May 2011:
Tutor.com is an online tutoring service based in NYC. I have tutored for them for 1.5 years. The company has very poor management -- tutors are repeatedly kept in the dark about important matters and treated like they are insignificant and dispensable as evidenced by the low pay and by being micromanaged at every turn, in violation of the IRS\' rules regarding independent contractors. Wait times for tutors are long, yet the company refuses to hire enough tutors to meet customer demand. Tutor.com is definitely an \"employer of last resort\" during this Great Recession. If the economy ever picks up, I look forward to better employment with a company that actually respects its employees and contractors.

12th of May 2011:
Small company half the staff is great. Pay is okay, raises incredibly small it will take a lifetime of working just to have more than okay pay. So, it is a good first job, or second income, or a job that is added to a spouses income, but not a career job. Management and supervisors are below average employees that make the job difficult and were entitled positions without proper qualifications. Upper management is okay. If the company had more well rounded supervisors think it would improve dramatically as a good place to work.

This company has great front line employees who are over qqualified for their positions. This is not the company to join if you are looking for a fast track. They are in a warehouse, the office is a dump, They are trapped in tradition and the employees do not have a voice. The pay is okay and there are many opportuntites for overtime.

15th of February 2011:
I'm a new hire to PCO Innovation in Montreal, but I've had none of the issues mentioned on this site in the negative reviews, in fact quite the opposite: people have been accomodating, and provide a typically relaxed work environment. The only drawbacks are the low salary and disconnect from the direct supervisor, with whom I've rarely interacted, let alone had a one-on-one conversation.

Company makes cable and wire harnesses primarily for aerospace. Totally toxic management completely disassociated from their employees, employee concerns, and reality. They couldn\'t pay me enough to work for this family-owned fiasco but did offer an extra weeks vacation in lieu of offering real $$$. Absolutely no career path here unless you are expecting to die broke.

14th of July 2010:
French based Digital Supply Chain Vendor, manufacturing and distributing ringtones for Major Record Labels etc. Acquired by leading consulting firm Accenture in 2007.
In March 2008 Accenture announced they had been selected to provide the \"next-generation digital supply chain for the international division of Universal Music Group, the world’s largest music company\"
\"Drawing on its leadership in digital media services, Accenture will provide a managed digital supply service that Universal Music will operate in all geographies outside of North America. Digiplug S.A.S, which Accenture acquired last year and integrated into its Digital Media Services business, will collate and store Universal Music Group’s audio and video content, artwork and metadata to distribute to the music company’s mobile and digital business partners\"
Facing ongoing and serious challenges delivering this technology, well over a year late, vastly over budget still behind schedule, unsalable to other clients, there has been massive staff turnover including 3 CEO departures in 3 years. Still only one major client.
Some great people showing great resilience, but all generally frustrated, many incompetent. A chaotic business at odds with the parent company (which is not French, does not really understand the digital content business, possibly wondering why on earth they bought Digiplug in the first place).

This company is primarily an environmental engineering company. Need people skill improvement. There is nothing more needed to say. The rating pretty much explains it all.
